" I went in for my first appointment just for a routine eye exam. I found everyone at the front desk very easy to schedule with and Dr. McMahon very thorough and knowledgeable during the exam. I was very happy to find a new optometrist and didn't anticipate returning for a second visit so quickly.

Within a few days of my appointment I got something in my eye when walking outside in the wind. I finally called several days later when it became even more irritated and they worked me in the same day. Dr. McMahon found a grain of sand had stuck itself to my eye and said next time to not hesitate calling to come in for a check. It was such a relief to get it out and they were so awesome to get me scheduled same day to come in when I called. My daughter needs a new optometrist and I know who I'll be sending her to! I highly recommend Dr. McMahon and appreciate how considerate and professional both she and her practice is."

Theyve provided sample contacts until my order comes in and recently I was leaving for a cruise and I miscalculated the amount of contacts I had left and they had a tech from Pawtucket deliver the samples to the East Providence office.
Nowadays, customer service is something that is a forgotten piece. At modern eyes they go above and beyond their call of duty.
They also, have a nice selection of eye wear!"
